SHIPPING

Where do you ship from? We’re located in Melbourne, VIC Australia. 

When will my order be dispatched? We aim to get our boxes to you and your besties as soon as we possibly can - typically within 24 hours of ordering you’ll find your box is on it’s way to drop some love. 

Can I pick up my order instead of delivery? Absolutely. You can choose pick-up when choosing delivery method. Once your order is ready, you'll be sent a notification. You can contact us via text or email to arrange the best time for you to collect. Please note, we are currently working from a residential address so it's an absolute must to book in your pick up time slot.

Can I pick up my order the same day? Generally your goodies are ready within 24 hours or less. However, if you order on a Friday - your order may be ready the following week. If you urgently have to pick up your order, please add a note in at checkout and we will do our best to have it ready for you on the same day. 

How long will it take my order to arrive once dispatched for delivery? It depends where you live! 

Within Australia: Typically between 2-3 business days. However, due to COVID-19 and AusPost delays, orders may take 2-3 weeks to arrive depending on your location within Australia. You can choose to pay extra for Express Post shipping, which should have your order delivered within 1 week (hopefully sooner!) The cost for Express Post shipping is $15. 

How much is shipping (domestic)? We only ship within AustraliaOrders below $99 and within Australia have a flat postage rate of $12.50. For any orders over $99, standard shipping is free within Australia. Yay! Express Post is a flat rate of $15. 

Can I change or cancel my order once I’ve placed it? Shoot us an email at hello@honestandbold.com.au with your order details and we will try to help you out! Unfortunately, once the item has been shipped, it’s yours - so let us know ASAP.

What if I put my address in wrong? We get it - we’ve *totally* been there before. Send us an email - hello@honestandbold.com.au and we’ll make the changes for your postage. Again, if it’s already been shipped, we can’t magically make it come back to us, so be quick to let us know!

Does my gift box come with a card or note in each box?  You bet it does! We have a sweet little thank you note included in every single Honest & Bold order - and we even give you the option to include a sweet, handwritten message of your own. #winning

RETURNS POLICY 

We think you’re going to LOVE our gift boxes and products, but if for some reason your order is damaged or faulty, we will happily replace it.

Please email us at hello@honestandbold.com.au to arrange a return within 2 days of receiving the faulty product to arrange a replacement. Please include photos of the damaged goods. 

We don’t accept any refunds or returns if you change your mind or purchased the wrong product.
